What happens when you request deletion

Once you confirm your request, we will permanently delete your Valorify account and all associated personal information, including:

Your profile (name, email, business data).
All your products, materials and cost settings.
Your AI market analysis history.
Any images or files you have uploaded.

Important: this action cannot be undone. If you have an active Pro subscription, make sure to cancel it first from the mobile app or your Google Play account.

Data we may retain (due to legal obligations)

Some data related to billing and payments may be kept for up to 5 years to comply with tax regulations. This data is anonymized and cannot be linked to your identity.
