At Valorify ("we", "our app"), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Valorify (the mobile app and the web version), how we use it, and what rights you have over your information.

By using Valorify, you accept the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Data we collect

2.1 Information you provide

• Account data: name, email, password (encrypted).
• Business data: business name, hourly rate, taxes, fixed costs, hours worked, products and materials you create in the app.
• Payment data: if you subscribe to the Pro plan, payment data is processed through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

2.2 Information we collect automatically

• Usage data: pages visited, features used, date and time of access.
• Device data: device type, operating system, app version, device identifier.
• Diagnostic data: error and performance reports (via Sentry) to improve app stability.
• Approximate location: only if you enable AI market analysis, we use your general location (country level) to adjust results to your market. You can disable this at any time.

3. How we use your data

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain the service (authentication, product sync, price calculations).
• Process payments and manage your Pro plan subscription.
• Send transactional emails (account verification, password recovery, receipts).
• Improve the app through usage analytics and error reports.
• Generate AI market analysis (Pro feature), tailoring results to your country.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with providers that help us operate the service, under strict confidentiality agreements:

• Stripe — secure payment processing.
• Google Cloud / our own servers — data storage and backend operations.
• Sentry — error and performance monitoring.
• Google (Play Store) — mobile app distribution.
• AI providers — only anonymized product data when you use market analysis.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property or safety of Valorify, our users or third parties.

5. Storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Passwords are stored encrypted with modern hashing algorithms — no one on our team can see them.

We retain your data while your account is active. If you request deletion of your account, we will erase your personal information within a maximum of 30 days, except for information we are required to retain for legal or accounting reasons (e.g. billing records for up to 5 years).

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data directly from the app.
• Delete your account and all associated data — you can do this through our data deletion form.
• Export your data in a machine-readable format (request it by email).
• Object to the processing of your data for specific purposes.

7. Minors

Valorify is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it immediately.
